CIS 190 - Web Site Development

This class looks at the development of the Web Site – not just a Web Page.  

Although not a prerequisite, many students have completed the Dreamweaver class prior to taking CIS 190, and this course starts where Dreamweaver leaves off.

The class builds Cascading Style Sheets, and looks at how these are used within a Web Site.

Some other features included in the course are:

·         JavaScript routines	·         Multimedia
·         Menus	·         PHP and Content Management

The class is a lot of fun, but also a lot of work – there aren’t any exams, but everyone does three projects that need to contain certain effects.  I am always amazed at the quality of work everyone does. 

The last thing we do is place a Web Page into Facebook as a Page.
